Reporters continually ask Heather Nauert about Russia and the recent sanctions that were enacted. When asked about further sanctions she states that the government does not forecast future sanctions. She states emphatically that the State Department has complied with the law when announcing these new sanctions. She says the sanctions were enacted to try to bring about change in the behavior of Russia.
