State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert takes a moment to talk about a terrible suicide attack that took place in Afghanistan today. She says the U.S. condemns the attack that took place at an education center and a community center in Kabul. As of this video, the death toll is at 38 civilians and many more injured.
