State Department Spokeswoman Heather Nauert talks about a possible upcoming chemical attack on the city of Idlib in Syria. She says the administration has shared their concerns with the Russian Government over a potential offensive as well as the discussions inside the White House. It appears there has been weapons and troop movements on the ground in Syria that have caused concerns at the Pentagon.
